    Practice Partner of the Business Transformation Practice at Wipro Consulting.
  • Currently managing a business that manufactures and sells equipment for pollution monitoring across different industries, in India
  • Also manages a boutique consultancy firm that works in the areas of Operations,Business process and Throughput Improvement
  • Led the engagement for a large Infrastructure major in India involving improving critical business processes across 4 diverse
    industries within the group along with improving the HR process maturity using the PCMM model
  • Led a process improvement capability building exercise across the textile business and steel pipe business for a large conglomerate
    in India which involved identifying and executing critical process improvement projects across these businesses and training and
    improving capability for identified resources within the organization
  • Led a team in setting up the first captive HR shared services centre for a large Telecom player in India from Design of the organization to setting up the processes, hiring agents and roll out for go live
